His approach combines disciplined controllership with practical operational understanding, helping clients strengthen financial controls, improve clarity, and make confident decisions across growing portfolios.

Ronak Kumar is Co-Founder of AR Alpha Advisory and leads the firm’s compliance, tax, and technical accounting standards. With over 10 years of experience and having passed the CPA exam, he specializes in tax compliance, bookkeeping systems, and advisory support for retail and hospitality businesses across New Jersey and New York.

 

Before founding the firm, Ronak spent six years in hotel accounting, supporting operational reporting and compliance-driven processes in high-volume environments. In a prior role, he led and trained a 12-person accounting team, implementing structured review workflows and documentation standards designed to support audit-ready records.
